What this exercise trains
Zhe often marks a continuing state. It is different from English progressive tense and works best with verbs that can leave a visible or ongoing result.
- Men kai zhe means the door is open.
- Ta zuo zhe means he is sitting.
- Zhe often describes the state created by an action.
